Sub Escrow
NCS works directly with lenders to obtain payoff statements, wire funds, prepare the settlement statement and disburse payoffs. In addition, NCS works with title agents who do not possess the requisite licenses to disburse funds in states that require such licenses on a sub-escrow basis.
