Harp began her career in mortgage finance with Great American Bank, now Wells Fargo, as Manager of Consumer Loans. Harp has an extensive background in title as well as sales and marketing.
As CEO, Harp is responsible for all aspects of NCS. Key responsibilities within NCS include strategic planning and partnerships, leadership and management development for senior management team, implementation of acquisition and growth strategy as well as financial oversight of NCS divisions. Harp has a strong track record for building customer-focused companies with excellent customer service performance.
